Harlem USA
Gotham is also an active participant in the rebirth of the ‘new’
Harlem. In 1998 Gotham co-developed and constructed Harlem USA,
one of the country’s pioneering urban entertainment and
retail complexes on 125th Street. The center’s tenants
include a 9–screen Magic Johnson Theater, Old Navy, Modell’s
Sporting Goods, Chase Manhattan Bank, New York Sports Club,
and the Hu–Man Bookstore and Cafe.
